Andy is an accomplished senior executive, operating at FTSE 100 board level for global businesses. Andy believes strongly in the value of customer interaction and throughout his career has made it his personal goal to maintain relationships with as many organisations as possible. His personal network around the world has been built over 40 years in business.
Andy has overseen the sales, contract negotiation and delivery of complex multi billion pound contracts. An engineer by trade he has run huge engineering teams around world. He is an accomplished CEO and currently runs and manages a number of companies including the delivery team of Solar4Business. Complexity made simple is his mantra.

Matt is a specialist Recruitment Consultant, with over a decade of experience identifying security cleared resources for clients within the Public Sector, Defence and UK Government.
He holds extensive experience identifying, sourcing and onboarding candidates ranging all levels of security clearance from baseline checks through to developed vetting. He is able to use his knowledge to thoroughly screen candidates to ensure that they possess the right skills and eligibility for the level of clearance our stakeholders require.
Matt provides access to a unique network of candidates across the UK.
