Andy is an accomplished senior executive, operating at FTSE 100 board level for global businesses. Andy believes strongly in the value of customer interaction and throughout his career has made it his personal goal to maintain relationships with as many organisations as possible. His personal network around the world has been built over 40 years in business.
Andy has overseen the sales, contract negotiation and delivery of complex multi billion pound contracts. An engineer by trade he has run huge engineering teams around world. He is an accomplished CEO and currently runs and manages a number of companies. Complexity made simple is his mantra.

Initially from a Recruitment background, Matt has over a decade of experience fostering strong relationships with key stakeholders, having operated in a variety of sectors, including but not exclusive to, Energy, IT, Public Sector and UK Government.
Matt provides access to a unique network of candidates and stakeholders across the UK.
Combining his recruitment knowledge and expertise with a background of building, leading and managing high performing resources, Matt is uniquely placed to be able to develop strategies to improve productivity, measure performance and ensure efficient workflows.
